Please note that some graphics, such as the background and illustrations, may not be editable. Please read the item description carefully to see if the template you want to purchase has any non-editable sections. If you need a template in a different color, please contact us and we will create a custom order for you.

We take fraudulent activity seriously and do not tolerate scammers. If we suspect that a customer is misusing our money-back guarantee policy, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us and provide details of the problem. We will do our best to rectify the situation and ensure your satisfaction.

PRINTED ITEMS

We understand that ordering custom printed party invitations and stationery can be a significant investment, which is why we strive to ensure that each order is made to your exact specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been printed. However, if you encounter any problems with your invitations or stationery items, please do not hesitate to contact us.

In the event that you do experience an issue, please provide a photo of the problem so that we can assess the situation and determine the best course of action to rectify it.

Please note that variations in color are to be expected between what is shown on your screen and the final printed product. Colors may appear brighter on-screen and may differ slightly when printed.

Also, please be aware that unless you have requested a printing quote for foil stamping, your invitation/stationery items will be digitally printed. This applies to all designs where a gold/silver/copper color is used.
