How does the ordering process work?
After you place your order, we personalize your chosen design with your event details. For printed orders, you’ll receive a digital proof to review before anything is printed. You can request changes, and once you approve the proof, your order will move into production.
This way, you’re not left trying to design everything yourself — we handle the customization for you.
Will I get to see a proof before my invitations are printed?
Yes. For printed invitation orders, you’ll receive a digital proof before printing begins. Please review the wording, spelling, dates, times, names, addresses, and layout carefully. Nothing is printed until you approve your proof, unless you have specifically chosen to skip the proofing stage so your order can move to print more quickly.
If you choose to skip the proof, please make sure all details are correct when placing your order, as your item may be sent straight to print.
Can I request changes to the design?
Yes. Most designs can be customized with your wording, event details, colors, logos, wording changes, and other small layout adjustments. The sample wording shown in each listing is just a starting point, so the invitation can usually be adapted for a different occasion or celebration.
What if I’m not sure what wording to use?
That’s completely fine. You can send through the event details you have, and we’ll help format the wording so it looks polished and appropriate for the design. You don’t need to have everything perfectly written before ordering.
I love a design, but I need it for a different occasion. Is that possible?
In most cases, yes. Many of our designs can be adapted for birthdays, weddings, showers, business events, holiday parties, graduations, and other celebrations. Just include the wording and occasion you need when ordering, and we’ll customize the design to suit your event.
I’m nervous about ordering invitations online. How do I know they’ll look right?
That’s exactly why printed orders include a proof before printing. You’ll be able to review the design with your own wording and request changes before approval. We want you to feel confident before your invitations go to print.
What happens if I notice a mistake on my proof?
If you notice a mistake on your proof, just let us know before approving it and we’ll update the file for you. Please review your proof carefully, as printed orders move into production after approval.
How long does the process take?
Personalized designs usually take around 1–2 business days to prepare. Once your proof is approved, printing typically takes around 2 business days, with slightly longer production times during busy periods such as Christmas. Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do I have to edit the design myself?
For printed orders, no — we personalize the design for you. For digital templates, you’ll edit the file yourself using Templett, which you can access through your browser after purchase.
Can I order a sample before placing a full order?
Yes. If you’d like to see the print quality, paper, and overall look before ordering a full set, you can order a printed invitation sample here.
Samples are not personalized, but they’re a helpful way to feel more confident before placing a larger order.
What should I do if I need invitations quickly?
If you need invitations quickly, the fastest option is usually a digital template, if one is available for the design you love. Digital templates can be accessed shortly after purchase and downloaded as a PDF, JPEG, or PNG.
For printed invitations, please allow time for personalization, proofing, printing, and shipping. Faster shipping options are available at checkout.
If you need something urgently and a digital template is not available for your chosen design, please contact us before ordering. In some cases, we may be able to prepare a custom digital file for you to print locally or at home. This is a custom service, priced separately from our ready-made digital templates, and availability depends on the design and timeframe.

FAQ - DIGITAL FILES
How do I edit my digital file?
Shortly after completing your purchase, you will receive an email from Templett, our user-friendly editing application that operates directly in your web browser - there is no need to download anything. In the email, you will find a link to activate your account and gain access to your file.
Please be sure to read through the listing in its entirety, as it includes important details about the design's size and any non-editable sections.
For your convenience, we have also included a demo link in the product description that provides a closer look at the template and demonstrates how the editing process works.
Can I edit my file before I make a purchase?
Make sure to try out the demonstration link included in the product listing to see how the editing process works and to identify any design elements that may not be editable. This will allow you to assess the product thoroughly before placing your order.
I've used Templett before. What happens now?
If you already have an active Templett account, simply log in after placing your order to see your new purchase. To ensure that your purchase is added to your existing account, be sure to use the same email address that Templett has on file when placing your order.
How long do I have to use my digital file?
Upon purchase, all template files will be accessible to you for 1 year. If you wish to continue using the file after this period, you will need to repurchase the template.
I need my invitations today. Is a digital template the best option?
Yes, if a digital template is available for the design you love, this is usually the fastest option. Digital templates can be accessed shortly after purchase and downloaded as a PDF, JPEG, or PNG to share digitally or print at home or locally.

Where can I print my files?
You can print your files at home, at your local print shop, you can use my recommended printer or I can print the items for you.

How do I insert a photo in Templett?
In Templett, on the left hand side, click on "Elements" then click on the cloud and upload your photo. Once your photo has been uploaded, click on the photo you uploaded and it will appear on the template.

How do I insert a logo in Templett?
In Templett, on the left-hand side, click on "Elements", click on the cloud with the arrow icon, and upload your file. Once your file has been uploaded, click on it, and it will appear on the template. Then you can re-size it and move it around.

How do I print multiple designs on one sheet using Templett?
In Templett, you have to select PDF as the download option and then turn on "Save Paper", “Show Bleed” and “Show Trim Marks”. Then select the paper that you will be printing on (Letter or A4 size). After that, click on Create PDF, and that’s all! Templett will place a number of labels on 1 sheet
How do I save the invitation on my phone?
Once you finish editing the invitation, download a PNG or JPEG file and send it to your email as an attachment. Open the email and its attachment on your phone, then save the file as a photo. Once the image has been saved as a photo, you can text it to your guests

Can I track my order?
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a tracking number that can be used to track the delivery status of your package. This applies to all printed orders. Simply use your tracking number to view the expected delivery date for your order.
Where do you ship to?
At this time, we can only offer shipping services within the United States.
What are your shipping rates?
We are delighted to offer free standard shipping for all orders within the United States. If you wish to expedite your shipping, you can do so during checkout.
How long will it take for my printed items to arrive?
We take great pride in the personalized service we offer for all our items, and we strive to ensure that each one is designed to perfection. Our typical design time for personalized items is approximately 1-2 business days. However, should multiple revisions be necessary, this may require additional time.
Rest assured, we understand the importance of timely delivery for our customers and strive to complete your personalized items as quickly as possible. Once your design is finalized, we will send it to print, which typically takes 2 business days.
Please note that during busy periods such as Christmas, printing time may be slightly longer, usually around 3 business days.
Once your items are ready for shipping, delivery times will vary by shipping method, ranging from 1-5 business days.
I like the invitation, but I want to change the occasion is for. Is that possible?
We would be more than happy to customize the invitation to fit your specific needs! The wording on the invitation is just an example and can be changed to whatever occasion you desire. Our design team can work with you to make any necessary changes, such as adding your logo, altering text, and changing colors to match your vision. Can you do my invitations in Spanish?
Absolutely! We would love to assist you with your Spanish invitations. Our team is fluent in Spanish and can assist you with any translation needs. We can customize your invitations to include wording in Spanish, English, or both. Just let us know your preferences and we will make it happen. Can you print real foil?
Absolutely! We offer the option to print real foil on your invitations. Our foil invitations are available in a variety of colors, including metalized gold, matte gold, metalized silver, matte silver, copper, and rose gold. However, please note that there is a minimum order of 50 invitations and pricing starts at around $350. To get a quote or discuss further, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We'll be happy to help you create stunning, personalized invitations.
Real foil and imitation foil. What's the difference?
Real foil has a shiny, reflective surface, while imitation foil is created using a gold image and printed digitally. While the imitation foil option is more affordable, real foil provides a higher-end look and feel. Our invitations listed in the shop currently use imitation foil, but we do offer real foil as an option as well. Foil invitation pricing starts at around $350 for 50 invitations. Please feel free to get in touch with us for a quote and to discuss your options further.
