FAQ - DIGITAL FILES

How do I edit my digital file?

A few minutes after purchase you will receive an email from Templett (Templett is the editing application that you will be using. It uses your web browser so there’s no need to install anything). The email will have a link that will prompt you to create an account. Once your account is active you will have access to your file.

Please note that you will need a computer to edit your file as mobile editing is not supported yet.

Please read through the listing as it has important information about the design, such as size and any sections of the file that might not be editable.

Can I edit my file before I make a purchase?

The product listing has a link with a demonstration link. Use that url to see how the editing works. You will also be able to see if there are any areas of the design that are not editable. So make sure you try it out before you place your order.

I've used Templett before. What happens now?

If you have used Templett before and have an active account. Once you place your order, login to your existing Templett account and you will see your new purchase in your account. Just make sure that when you place your order you use the same email account that Templett has on file that way your purchase will go under your existing account. 

How long do I have to use my digital file?

All template files are available for you to use for a period of 1 year from the time of purchase. If you would like to continue to use the file after 1 year, you will need to purchase the template again. 

I need my invitations today. Can you help?

Your best option would be to get a digital file as you will be able to access your design within minutes after purchase. You will be able to download your files as PDF, jpeg and png. You will be able to send your file as a text message, send it via email or have it printed (You can print it at home or at your local print shop).   

 

FAQ - PRINTED ORDERS

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. All printed orders will receive a tracking number. Use your tracking number to know when your order is expected to be delivered.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the US only. 

What are your shipping rates?

All US orders have free standard shipping. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, you will have the chance to do this during checkout.

How long will it take for my printed items to arrive?

As all items are personalized with your details, design time takes around 1 to 2 business days. If multiple revisions are needed, this might take a little loner. We aim to get your personalized items done as soon as possible as we know this is super important to you. Once your items has been personalized, they will be sent to print, which takes 2 business days.

During busy periods such as Christmas printing time takes longer - usually 3 business days.

Depending on the shipping method that you've selected, your items might take 1 to 5 business days for delivery.  

I like the invitation, but I want to change the occasion is for. Is that possible?

Absolutely! Just get in touch and we can talk about what you would like to do. The wording that you see on the invitation is there as an example and it can be changed to just about anything you want! I can edit the invitation to suit your needs. You can request to add your logo, include links to your website, edit text and change colors. If you have any other requests, please get in touch.

Can you do my invitations in Spanish?

¡Por supuesto que sí! I actually speak Spanish so I can definitely help you with this. If needed, you can have half of your invitations done in Spanish and the other half in English. Please get in touch to talk about your custom order.

Can you print real foil?

Yes! Please get in touch to get a quote. Foil invitations are printed in the US. There is also a minimum of 50 invitations and prices start at around $310 USD. It can be done in many different colours including: metallized gold, matte gold, metallized silver, matte silver, copper, and rose gold.

Real foil and imitation foil. What's the difference?

Real foil has a more reflective surface, it's shiny and the real thing!. Imitation gold foil is created by using a gold image to give the appearance of gold but it's printed digitally (so it's not reflective like the real thing) and it is a lot more affordable. All invitations listed in the shop use imitation foil. If you want real foil, please get in touch to get a quote.

Do you offer design services? 

If you have a particular idea in mind and you can't find it anywhere, just get in touch and let me know what you need. I'm very happy to do custom work.
I'm also able to print a number of different items for you, but if you prefer, I can also provide you with the artwork and you can organise your own printing. Just send me a message and we can talk about what you need.

Do you do custom orders?

If you can't find what you are looking, please get in touch and tell me what you need and we can work on something together.
